Swarna Rashmi IAS Academy, established under the aegis of Swarna Rashmi Trust, is dedicated to empowering talented students from rural backgrounds by guiding them towards success in India’s most prestigious competitive examinations, including the IAS, IPS, and other civil services.

Swarna Rashmi Trust is a not-for-profit organization committed to the holistic development of rural youth through access to quality education, structured mentorship, and life-changing opportunities. Driven by the belief that talent is universal but opportunities are not, the Trust works to bridge this gap by nurturing potential, instilling confidence, and fostering leadership among students from underrepresented regions.

What we do?

  • Foundation for Future Leaders

An early intervention program for high school students to build a strong base in general studies, communication, and critical thinking — aligned with the syllabus of UPSC and other civil services exams.

  • Mentorship & Guidance

Personalized mentoring by experienced educators, IAS officers, and civil service aspirants who guide students on academic, personal, and career development paths.

  • Online & Offline Learning

We offer a blend of online modules and in-person workshops to reach students in even the remotest locations, ensuring continuity and access to quality education.

  • Career Awareness & Skill Development

Sessions on goal setting, time management, public speaking, and leadership — preparing students not just for exams, but for life.
